Appaloosa Festival offers Sunday worship for all campers and festival attendees.
All are welcome to come and give thanks in common for the gift of family, community, music, the natural beauty surrounding, and the gift of being alive.
Last year, Appaloosa was honored to have Bishop Burbidge of the Arlington Diocese presiding. The mass featured beautiful sacred music (since it is a music festival) and all proceeds from the collection went to the Little Sisters of the Poor who provide care for the disadvantaged elderly.
Mass will take place again this year in a giant shade tent next to the Clubhouse, a short walk from the campground 9:30am, Sunday, September 1. If you're not Catholic, that's okay - we want you there anyway since we all have the same love in our heart just waiting to sing out!
Coffee and pastries will be available after mass, as we wait for the festival gates to open.
NOTE: Confession will be available at the tent starting at 9am
